Maeda Kamari’s solo exhibition \u201cETERNAL\u201d started in January 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It has been touring nationwide, visiting Hikone City in Shiga Prefecture, Kamakura City in Kanagawa Prefecture, and Sabae City in Fukui Prefecture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, it has been decided that the exhibition will be held in Sapporo City, Hokkaido, and Takamatsu City, Kagawa Prefecture!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are truly delighted to be able to meet everyone outside of Honshu, in Hokkaido and Shikoku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Future of Calligraphy as Depicted by Human Flow Data: \u201cGRANICA<\/strong>\u201d
*Collaborative performance with NoMaps and Agoop<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this performance, human movements during the NoMaps 2025 event will be visualized on a digital map using Agoop’s human flow visualization technology, and the digitized human movements will be projected onto Chikaho’s giant digital signage. Maeda will create works on the spot by blending the sound produced by the brush with calligraphy, using the \u201cmovement of the city\u201d as a backdrop. The entire NoMaps venue will serve as a canvas, creating a avant-garde and emotionally charged live art event where data and art intertwine. A short talk show will also be held after the performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
