Performance “ETERNAL” in Brazil and All videos are available!

Rare video recordings of the “ETERNAL” performances held in June 2025 in three Brazilian cities and 11 venues are now available on Kamari Maeda’s official YouTube channel.

GRANICA,“ an exhibition of ”ETERNAL” works, performances and live performances in Rio de Janeiro, Manaus and Brasilia, was approved and supported by the Japan Foundation as an overseas dispatch grant program.
We will show you the moving moment when he wrote the calligraphy with all his heart on the other side of the earth.

Included are workshops at Japanese language schools in each city and a courtesy visit to the Embassy of Japan in Brazil.
A number of images capture moments of cultural exchange that transcend language barriers through calligraphy performances.
The warm reactions of the Brazilian people and their deep understanding of and excitement over Japanese calligraphy culture can be felt.
